Payment Assistance

As a faith-based, nonprofit health care system dedicated to our mission of healing, Covenant Health System is dedicated to ensuring that no one in the communities we serve goes without adequate medical care. To that end, we offer charitable assistance to families who are unable to pay for service.

If your family income is at or below 200 percent of applicable federal poverty guidelines and you lack sufficient funds to pay for your care, you are eligible for charitable care. Patients with large medical bills may also be eligible for assistance, even if income requirements are not met.

Anyone who is unable to pay for all or a portion of their treatment is welcome to apply for assistance. Submit the charitable assistance request form now, or call 806.725.5777 for more information.
